I find that their are a lot of lenders that try to dissuade buyers from using DPA. Like it’s a stigma! Any DPA friendly lenders out here that can do a quick closing? Or not close quickly? Just DPA friendly. Sometime buyers are paying high rent and can afford a mortgage, have a little savings for emergencies but can use a little help! Is that a bad thing?

So many agents put off getting their brokers license. Why is that? I know for me, I was content doing me and didn’t want to sit in a class and learn most of this stuff again. My former broker convinced me to do it and I did and now my dream of opening my own brokerage and training my agents for success is my goal in 2026. Are you ready? The class was awesome and I learned so much and I decided to share it with all of you.
