Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with a low offer "just to see" often just signals to the seller that you're not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

It is June, so you know the word… patience.

And this buyer learned that word in every possible way.

Congratulations to my first-time home buyer on the purchase of 2413 Bayshore Blvd. #1003 — a beautiful condominium with incredible water and Bayshore views.

This journey had more twists and turns than we ever expected. We were first under contract on another residence, only for the bank to take it back from the owners. Then we looked elsewhere, circled back, went under contract again — this time with the bank — and then ultimately fell out of contract. And as frustrating as it felt in the moment, it ended up being the right move.

Because sometimes patience really does lead you exactly where you are meant to be.

He found a dream residence in the same building that initially felt out of reach, stayed patient, stayed engaged, and trusted the process. We continued communicating with the listing agents, kept watching the opportunity, and guess what? He ended up with the far superior residence at an incredible value.

To make it even more special, I had sold this same residence a few years ago — so sometimes, they really do come full circle.

I am beyond excited for him to begin this next chapter of life looking out onto Bayshore Boulevard. Thank you for allowing me to walk through each step with you and help get you to your homeownership dream.

The word for June is patience.

You will probably see this word come up in my work life — and my personal life with a 10-year-old daughter… sigh.

6112 Plover in Lithia is officially sold. This is the third home I have sold in this community in the last year, and this one was especially meaningful. I had the honor of representing both the seller and the buyer.

The seller, bless her heart, is working through health concerns in assisted living, and although I have not had the opportunity to meet her in person, her trust throughout this process meant so much.

And the buyers — they came, they came back, and then they came back again. After thoughtful conversations, time, and a lot of patience, they finally knew this was the right place to call home.

It took many conversations with both parties to get to terms, but we got there. And in the end, both sides felt peace — one leaving a chapter behind, and the other beginning a new one.

Most of the time, we are so much more than Realtors who simply show property. This career gives so much, asks so much, and reminds me often that the work is deeply personal.

Congratulations to both sides on a beautiful ending and a new beginning. 🤍

This one pulled at my heartstrings.

Once we went under contract, we began learning more about the memories, stories, and life that had filled these walls over the years. It was incredibly special to hear how much this home has meant to the people who lived here before.

And now, a new family is preparing to call it home — excited to create their own stories, traditions, and memories within those same walls.

There were joyful tears, so much gratitude, and a deep appreciation on all sides. For the sellers, for the years they shared here. For the buyers, for the life they are about to begin here. And for everyone involved, for the way this came together with true partnership, collaboration, and seamless communication.

These are the transactions that make the hard days feel easy.

A beautiful ending for one chapter, and the beginning of another. 🤍
