If you live in Tampa you already know some of the best investments make absolutely no sense until you’ve lived here. 😂

There’s a certain point where paying for SunPass tolls just to bypass the disaster on I-4 or the Howard Frankland, planning your entire day around whether the 3:00 PM summer torrential thunderstorm will align perfectly with peak rush hour, and having a strong opinion about which is better Tampa or St. Pete just becomes part of being a local.

The longer you live here, the more these things stop feeling ridiculous and start feeling completely necessary.
