I am a licensed full time Realtor in Florida since 2005 with a positive, can do attitude backed up with extensive experience and knowledge. Specializing in residential real estate I launched my career during a time when many agents were rapidly exiting the real estate industry with the fear that, “It is about to bust!” Well, as many of you know, it did bust. However, I did not believe running away was an option. I helped Buyer’s and Seller’s during one of the worst times in real estate decline history by keeping my wits about me, holding steady and following through. This will speak to my resilience, tenacity and ability to navigate through difficult situations. I helped Seller’s with their “underwater” homes which was unchartered territory at the time. And so early on I become a specialist in the field of Short Sales. I helped Buyer’s jump over the hurdles when purchasing short sales and bank foreclosures. Today I still do the same along with standard resale properties and new construction homes. I believe a successful short sale is another foreclosure avoided and we are one house closer to a stable market. I further my education each year on the latest information in real estate on a variety of topics which will benefit my clients.
