Today, we have appointments to help prepare homes for the market! 🏡 We meet with trades and handymen, walk through what needs attention, and help sellers make a plan. That can take hours—or days—before we ever ask for a signature.

Why do we do it? Because I trust my work to speak for itself. And so far, I haven’t had a seller decide against trusting us to sell their home. 💪🏻🏡
