Had the chance to hear Bob Glaser of Smith & Associates speak at Tampa Bay Business & Wealth’s CEO Connect, and I’m really glad I went.

I have so much respect for leaders who are willing to share their journey—the wins, the lessons and everything in between. There’s always something to learn when you take the time to listen, and today was a great reminder of that.
