With over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 300 families achieve their real estate goals throughout Tampa Bay’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Ali St Cyr is the proud Broker/Owner of Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services, a revered real estate company in Tampa Bay that helps buyers and sellers make some of the more important financial decisions of their lives. She began her career in Real Estate in 2013 and rose to be among the top 1% of producers in Tampa in less than three years. She started Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services with her family in 2015 and worked to build an incredible team of leaders that all emanate the Go-Giver philosophy to “provide more in value than you receive in payment". Ali has been recognized by the Tampa Bay business journal as a 2015 Up & Comer and the 2020 Business Observer’s 40 under 40 for not only her dedication to exceptional real estate service but also her board involvement in community organizations. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the chairwoman of the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research. What an incredible speaker and story! Today, I had the privilege of hearing from Liquid Death founder Mike Cessario at the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. He transformed something as ordinary as water into a $1.4 billion brand by rethinking the rules and having the courage to build something entirely unexpected.

My biggest takeaway: Growth often begins when we stop following what everyone else is doing and start exploring what no one has been brave enough to try.
