✨ Negotiated over $21,000 in seller concessions for buyers currently under contract.
🔧 Met with HVAC, appraisal, and pest professionals at my listings to help ensure inspections, repairs, and appraisal items were handled.
🏡 Working alongside a listing agent to resolve extensive septic repairs needed for my buyers to close on their property this month.
📝 Created a listing action plan for a future seller planning to list in spring 2027, helping them get ahead of needed repairs and projects.
🏠 Advised another seller on preparing their TLC-needed home to meet loan requirements, maximizing their potential buyer pool.
🎨 Helped a new construction buyer select interior paint colors with confidence.
