PENDING AFTER ONLY TWO DAYS OF SHOWINGS! Multiple offers well above list price. I have such mixed feelings about this one, it's really bitter-sweet. I'm so sad to see these good friends move, but I know moving closer to their family in their retirement is what they want. And we actually have good friends buying the home, and they are so excited to be moving to this wonderful neighborhood, and such a beautiful, well maintained home. It will definitely continue to be a happy place!
