🏡 **Congratulations to my amazing buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new home!** 🎉🔑

One thing I hear all the time is, *”The market is bad.”* The truth is... that’s not always the case. 😅 While some areas have slowed, others are still incredibly competitive with multiple offers and bidding wars happening every day.

This purchase is the perfect example! My buyers were able to purchase **nearly 3,000 sq. ft., a pool, and an incredible home for around $500,000!** 🤯

🏡 Another home SOLD... and another reminder that strategy matters. ❤️
This home had actually been on the market for nearly two months with the seller’s father, who is a wonderful person. While he genuinely wanted the best for his daughter, real estate isn’t his full-time profession, and despite his best efforts, the home wasn’t selling.
When it came time to interview agents, he recommended three of the top REALTORS® in the valley and I was honored to be one of them.
The other agents recommended listing the home $50,000 higher than I did. I took a different approach.

I explained that pricing a home where we hope it sells isn’t always the best strategy. If that higher price was truly where the market saw the value, the home likely would have sold already. Instead, I recommended a price that would create urgency, attract more buyers, and generate competition.

I’ll be honest... she wasn’t thrilled at first. 😊

The next day she called me back and said something I’ll never forget:
“I love that you didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. You stuck to your process, and I trust it.”

That’s exactly how I run my business.
I don’t chase listings by promising unrealistic numbers. I don’t take shortcuts. I rely on experience, data, and a proven marketing strategy that has consistently delivered results.
And this time?
🔥 We created a bidding war.
🔥 We negotiated multiple offers.
🔥 We ultimately got her the price she truly needed.
