Grateful to have this piece of land officially under contract! I had the opportunity to represent the seller in listing the property and was also able to find the buyer, bringing both sides together to make the deal happen.

A pre-approval can help you:

• Know your realistic price range
• Understand what your monthly payment could look like
• Make your offer stronger when you find the right home
• Move faster when a good property hits the market
• Identify potential issues with your financing before you’re under contract

One thing I always tell my buyers: don’t just shop for a house, shop for the right payment.

The goal isn’t to buy the most expensive house the bank says you qualify for. It’s to find a home that fits comfortably into your budget and your life.

This one took a little longer than we originally hoped, but sometimes the road to the closing table doesn’t go exactly as planned. There were plenty of moments that required patience, trust, and perseverance, but God willing, we made it to the finish line.

I’m incredibly grateful to my sellers for trusting me to represent them throughout the process and for allowing me to be there through all of the ups and downs. Selling a home is more than just a transaction. It’s closing a chapter, moving forward, and trusting that what’s next is going to be even better.

Real estate isn’t always sunshine and rainbows.

You see the “UNDER CONTRACT” posts.
You see the closings.
You see the sold signs and the celebrations.

What you don’t always see are the deals that fall apart.

This month, I had 2 deals terminate. And I’m not going to lie, it sucks. You put hours of work into a transaction, build relationships with your clients, and do everything you can to get it to the closing table. Sometimes, though, things happen that are completely out of your control.

That’s the reality of this business.

Not every client works out.
Not every offer gets accepted.
Not every contract closes.

But you learn, you move forward, and you keep working.

The good months are great, but the tough months are what remind you that this career takes patience, resilience, and consistency.

You’re going to see me celebrate the wins, but I also want to be transparent about the losses.

Because that’s real estate. 🏡
