She was born, raised, and educated in Denmark. Tove graduated with honors in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Languages and Communications, majoring in English, German, French and Danish. She has resided in Moorpark with her husband Paul and their two children, Sophia and Daniel, since 1989.
