Our marketing strategy worked and we had dozens of private showings and packed open houses. This new construction home with a resort like pool in the Dow Johnson triangle of the TRW tract of North Redondo was a special one to showcase. So excited for my sellers 🫶

We are closed! 🏡🔑🥂 So happy for my sellers who have closed on their first home. This home was purchased when they were first engaged 5 years ago. They now leave a family of three to a home with a yard they finally get keys to tomorrow where they can raise their little girl. We had lots of twists and turns with this sale- a buyer who never put in earnest money or did an inspection and walked without warning. A new buyer getting a VA loan which was a challenge with our casual HOA. Lots of conditions that seemed to never end and kept coming. But we all worked together and got it done ✅ As they close this next chapter I feel so grateful for their trust 🤝 Buying and selling at the same time is always a scary leap of faith to take. Buying first and needing to sell before a second mortgage payment is due is not impossible- we did it. I knew it would work out- it always does the way it’s supposed to ✨
