A little Wednesday shout-out to one of the people behind the scenes who makes my job a whole lot easier! ❤️
Nadine is so much more than my escrow officer. She helps me with my closings, creates my listing books for my sellers, answers random real estate questions, helps with CE classes, and is always willing to jump in and help when I need it.
She’s also become a really good friend along the way, and I’m so grateful to have people like her in my corner. Real estate is definitely a team sport, and having great people behind the scenes makes all the difference!

I’ve had several people ask me about letters that appear official but are really marketing pieces trying to get you to refinance or switch lenders. Some are designed to look almost identical to correspondence from your current mortgage company.

Before you call the number on the letter or make any decisions, take a closer look. If you’re unsure, contact your current lender directly using the number on your mortgage statement.

I’ve already received 9 of these offers myself! Stay informed and don’t let misleading mail catch you off guard.

There are few things more rewarding than getting to be part of someone’s homeownership journey, not just once, but again!
Five years ago, I had the privilege of helping these clients purchase their very first home. It was such an exciting milestone, and thanks to some great first-time homebuyer programs, they were able to make homeownership a reality.
A couple of months ago, they reached out to me again. This time, life was taking them to the Phoenix area. While I couldn’t represent them there, I was honored they trusted me enough to call. I was able to connect them with one of my good friends and fellow REALTORS® in the area, knowing they’d be in great hands.
