All jokes aside...one of the biggest things buyers don't realize right now is that the "right house" means nothing if it's the wrong seller.

Some sellers are motivated, realistic, & ready to work with buyers. But some owners are sitting on paid-off homes with zero urgency & no motivation to negotiate...so they just SIT.

Truthfully, if you want a deal in this market, the secret is not always finding the right property...the best deals usually come from finding the seller that actually wants to sell.

May☀️

Real estate has absolutely boomed this month!
I was constantly on the move showing properties to 3 different sets of first time home buyers, & went under contract with a Seller on their personal home.
also had a blast with the MORE crew getting our photos taken for the Tulsa Scout Guide!

Outside of work, May was an absolute whirlwind of family, milestones, & sunshine. Our oldest graduated Pre-K (cue the tears), and I dove even deeper into my newest obsession: estate sales! We celebrated my brother’s birthday & Mother’s Day, spent a ton of time already cooling off at local splash pads with friends, & logged plenty of pool days.

We also managed to squeeze in some amazing local fun: We helped out at a summer event for the city of Owasso with my brother’s store, snuck away for a date night to see Bert Kreischer’s stand-up comedy show at the , took the kids to the new indoor sand playground, (10/10 recommend!) Had a the best time at Rooster Days in Broken Arrow, & wrapped up the month with a Memorial Day day-trip to Blue Hole in Salina, OK! - (if you’ve never been, I highly recommend taking the kids!)

Over at , we had our biggest month yet with a whopping 17 rentals! We are staying so busy that we had to hire a helper, & June is already filling up fast!

Summer is just getting started, & while life is beautifully full & busy, the market is right there along with it.

Stoked to see what June has in store!☀️
