Sometimes the most unexpected situations lead to exactly where you’re supposed to be 🤍

This sweet mama was faced with having only a short amount of time to find something for her family.

But somehow… within ONE day, we found the perfect fit for her and her kids 👏

Watching everything come together so quickly after such a stressful situation was honestly so special. I’m so excited for her family to have a place that truly feels like home and a fresh start for this next chapter 🤍

And honestly… it really was.

Over the years we looked at homes, lost bidding wars, had moments of excitement, moments of hesitation, and plenty of “maybe this one?” along the way 😅 But this time everything lined up exactly the way it was supposed to.

Not only did they find the perfect home for their family, but before their current home even officially hit the market, the perfect buyer came along for it too 👏 Smoothest transaction ever and so deserved after the journey it took to get here.

One of my favorite things they said through this process was that I’m now their “realtor for life” 🥹 and honestly, that means more to me than I can explain.
