Are open space homes out? Real Simple theorizes that the period of intense affection for homes that don't have traditional interior walls is over. Not so sure here in NJ, where open still looks good to many buyers who crave, especially, light and bright. Here's a list of what might be out, or soon to be...that will affect how flippers and builders will be approaching construction in the future, for sure!!

Schools continue to measurably impact home-sale values, according to a new Redfin analysis: The typical US home in a highly rated public high school zone sells for (up to) 35% more overall, with other elements such as local inventory, neighborhood amenities, condition of home and property and walkability all playing roles, too.
