Facilities & Maintenance Lead — Upper Sandusky, OH
$23–27/hr + company vehicle
AcreGrow owns and manages apartments, retail, and industrial/flex property in Upper Sandusky and Columbus. We're hiring someone to run maintenance across the portfolio.
The work:
Handle incoming work orders — assess what's wrong, fix what you can, and bring in the right vendor for the rest
Get quotes, schedule vendors, and verify the work is done right before it's paid
Turn units between residents and keep them on schedule
Run scheduled preventive maintenance across the portfolio
Coordinate light construction and tenant buildouts
Based in Upper Sandusky. 1–2 scheduled days per week in Columbus, plus as needed
What we're looking for:
5+ years in property maintenance, construction, or the trades
Strong general repair ability and enough working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to diagnose a problem and know when it needs a vendor
Comfortable getting bids, holding vendors to schedule, and knowing what work should cost
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable, communicates clearly, closes out your own work
Compensation:
$23–27/hr based on experience, reviewed at 6 months
Company vehicle and fuel card
