Schedule (fixed, not flexible):
• Position 1: Mon, Wed, Fri — 11am-5pm (18 hrs/wk)
• Position 2: Tue, Thu 2pm-7pm, Sat 10am-3pm, Sun 12pm-4pm (19 hrs/wk)
