Realtor Marcus Morgan Helping homeowners in the Birmingham, AL area sell Real Estate for More using my superior negotiating skills & High Tech Marketing!

Saving Local heroes Thousands w/Homes for Heroes Program. I live near Birmingham, where my family and I enjoy the outdoors and lake life. However, I grew up in a small farming town, The Dalles, Oregon. My work ethic was forged by working in the ag community, where I farmed wheat, cattle, & sweet cherries. I graduated from Western College of Auctioneering in 1996; then started Morgan Auctioneers, which specialized in fundraising auctions for churches, schools, and many non-profit organizations. While chasing my bull riding dreams, I attended and later graduated
from Treasure Valley Community College with a business degree. After college, I came back to help my parents run their family business. For 15 years, I managed their 100-acre sweet cherry orchard, which gave my parents time to grow their honeybee business. My love for real estate grew from my compassion for investing and helping people. I bought my 1st rental property at a young age and was fascinated with the process. When my family was forced to sell the farm, I saw the opportunity to get into real estate on a full-time basis. The first property I sold was our Family Farm. I coached my parents on the 1031 exchange process and helped them get into commercial real estate. From that point on, I kept growing each year, selling more & more Real Estate. I was recently awarded the “Top 5% of Realtors” rating by HomeSnap. Following our Faith, my wife and I, along with our two children, took a big leap of faith and recently relocated to the Birmingham, Alabama, area to be around my wife’s family, and I joined Sold South Realty. My referrals and return clients are a testimony of my dedication,
integrity, and drive to become your Trusted Realtor.

Your neighbor sold for $400K… so naturally, yours must be worth $425K. 😂

I wish real estate were that simple.

Every house is different, and sometimes the numbers surprise you.
Even the baby is confused.

On September 11, we remember the lives that were lost, the families who were changed forever, and the heroes who showed extraordinary courage.

Today, we pause, remember, and pray for continued strength and peace.

Thinking about downsizing? Here’s what the July numbers are telling us in Birmingham’s 35242 market.

🏡 Homes are selling quickly. The median home was on the market for just 5 days, which was faster than the previous month.

💰 Sellers are getting very close to their asking price. Homes sold for about 99.4% of list price on average.

📉 There are only about 2.6 months of homes available for sale. In simple terms, there aren’t a lot of homes sitting on the market compared with the current pace of sales. That generally gives sellers an advantage.

If you’ve been thinking about selling a larger home and moving into something smaller or easier to maintain, these numbers are encouraging. But downsizing isn’t just about selling your current home—it’s also about having a good plan for where you’ll go next.

If you’re considering a move, I’d be glad to help you look at both sides of the decision and determine what makes sense for you.

True leadership isn't about recognition—it's about faithfully serving others with humility, integrity, and love.
Whether at work, at home, or in our communities, every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to honor Christ. When we do our work with excellence and a heart focused on Him, we become a reflection of His love to those around us.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23

I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve families across Central Alabama. My prayer is that every conversation, every relationship, and every opportunity to help points people to Christ through honesty, compassion, and faithful service.
How is God calling you to serve Him through your work or your daily life this week?
