Another Old Town Alexandria spot 🌮

Stopped by Chop Shop Taco for Taco Tuesday and this place has such a cool vibe. It’s inside an old auto repair garage which makes the whole setup a little different.

Tacos, margaritas, full bar, indoor seating and an outdoor patio. And yes, you can bring the pups if you’re sitting outside 🐶

Dinner in Old Town with my two favorite dinner dates 🐶🤎

If you’re in Old Town, you have to try Augie’s Mussel House & B**r Garden. Their mussels and clams are amazing and something I get pretty often even when I’m trying something else on the menu 😂 but one of my favorite things about them is they also have a doggy menu!

The pups absolutely loved the beef patty and hot dog platters I got for them. The outdoor seating makes it so convenient to grab dinner, relax and still bring your pups along with you.

Good food, Old Town and my pups. Literally my kind of night 🤎

I care way more about my clients than I do my follower count.

Yes I make content. Yes I film houses. Yes you’ll probably catch me recording something at a listing 😂 but at the end of the day I’m a Realtor first.

The content is just one of the tools I use to market homes, educate my clients and keep people informed about the market.

Views are nice. Getting my clients results matters more.

My job starts long before we ever step inside the house.

If you send me a home you’re interested in, I’m looking into more than just the photos and what’s written in the listing. I want to know how long it’s been sitting, why the sellers are moving, how motivated they may be and if there’s anything we should know before you get too attached.

Because sometimes a house looks great online but there’s more to the story. And sometimes knowing that story can put you in a much better position as a buyer.
