A sweet new addition to Cape Henry. ☕️🤍

After sitting vacant for quite some time, the former Citrus location has come back to life as Salt & Honey Coastal Kitchen, and it opened just one week ago.

I’ve walked past several times, but today I finally gave in and stopped. The space is bright, inviting, and full of coastal charm. One of those places that instantly feels like a neighborhood favorite.

One of my favorite things about real estate is discovering the places that make a neighborhood feel like home, and this one is a gem.

My daughter and I tried a couple of their specialty lattes. I had the Seafoam Vanilla Latte, and she ordered the Honey Bee Latte. Both were delicious.

The coffee lured me in, but I have a feeling brunch will bring me back.

What a fun day this was ❤️

Spent the afternoon at inspections for this beautiful Lago Mar home and honestly…my buyers were just so happy the entire time. Every room, every detail, every little conversation kept turning into “this is exactly what we wanted.”

Finding a home that checks every single box is rare. Winning it in multiple offers was not easy, but we worked through it together with strategy, patience, trust, and a whole lot of communication along the way.

Seeing buyers get genuinely giddy over their future home never gets old to me. This one really feels like forever home energy and I cannot wait to hand over those keys on closing day 🏡✨
