It's amazing to me that they (this person specifically) makes roughly 36k a year on this unit and they're crying about their insurance for a business they chose.

throw that to the side, the second photo is a screenshot where she's had the tenant sign a contract that he's pay above 3.5% of the rent increase. So he's paying rent and her costs.

This is a really good example as to why you take photos AND video of a property when you sign the lease. These properties are overseen by, you guessed - The Equity Group of Visalia, CA.

You hold on to your photos and video for 7 years. Keep them with your taxes.

The big beautiful house happens to be their office. And respectfully, they don't take much better care of that building either. But the landscape is pretty.

Guess who else had a landlord who came in and stole items? Me.

There was some next-level Grinchy behavior at a Fillmore District housing complex, with the maintenance staff apparently caught on camera pilfering the tenants’ Christmas gifts, and the low-income tenants are now out thousands of dollars.

They're crying about having to provide refrigerators and stoves. These landlords are weak as f**k. You never heard the landlords of yesteryear crying about their choice of business. Refrigerators and ovens were always standard.

I've been super busy contacting every elected official and those intending to run. I've also shared my former landlords personal information (printed off proof with their IDs and SSNs) with regard to the ACA. They claim residency where it benefits them the most which includes a fake address they pay for in Texas (sent that along too). ACA is only problem because people like my former landlords scam the system. 300+k and multiple rentals that probably were worth close to a million over (including their home) and paying less than $100 for both for medical/ dental and vision through the California health exchange.

Some of the slumlord mentality posts. "When do landlords have to provide a car?"

Stop buying up all the properties. There's a f**king thought.
