well – unfortunately many couples get divorced and during the process of divorce they have to sell their biggest asset (the house) – a realtor who is not an expert in the divorce field may not be aware of the many ways to navigate the divorce listing. We are trained to work directly with the attorneys and the court systems. CDRE brings to the table not only a different approach to listing and selling a divorcing couple's home but also a different level of ethics and professionalism. I am super excited to develop this new ‘niche’ in my business I am the first CDRE in the State of Ohio. Before working with family law attorneys, I was trained as a pricing specialist and buyers representative, allowing me to assist all clients with their Real Estate needs, whatever they may be.
