Another house under contract in New Haven, Connecticut🎉🎉Getting a deal under contract takes far more than writing an offer. It takes strategy, creativity, strong negotiation, and the ability to solve problems when things get complicated. This transaction required skill and expertise from both sides to make it happen. Without that, there simply wouldn't have been a deal.

The market has been brutal for buyers, but I refuse to give up when my clients have a goal. I look for solutions that others may overlook, think creatively, negotiate relentlessly, and keep everyone moving toward the finish line. Just Closed 🎉🎉

Another home sold in Hamden, Connecticut! When I met with my clients, the goal was simple, to sell for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time......well we did that! After 4 days on the market we were under contract, the average days on market is currently 33. The average list to sold price is 101% for the area, but we closed at 108%, what that means for my clients is that they received nearly $27,000 over asking and now they get to enjoy their new home.

I can't forget the buyers who came to both open houses, stayed for a while and enjoyed the free ice cream and squishy giveaway. They knew right away that this was the home for them. So while one family moves on to their new journey, another one moves in to create new memories in this beautiful home. Hamden welcomes them👋🏾
