Buying or selling real estate can be a very emotional process, and the emotions experienced can vary greatly. As a nurse I helped my patients deal with the stress of illness and helped them learn new ways to manage their health. In real estate, I help my clients deal with the stress of buying and selling, and I help them coordinate all that goes with successfully closing their real estate transaction. I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation to better assist my clients as they transition in life and make choices into retirement and beyond. I work diligently to ensure that all of your real estate needs are met during each stage of the transaction. I employ a transaction coordinator dedicated to the professional handling and monitoring of contract information and dates to ensure a smooth and uneventful path to successful close. I specialize in strategic marketing, and I am known for my attention to detail in preparing and positioning homes for sale. I have a network of proven professionals I call on depending on your needs: lenders, designers, movers, photographers, electricians, painters, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, window cleaners, and many more. In addition to being a realtor, I am an accredited staging professional, and I stage each of my listings at no additional cost. Professionally staged homes sell more quickly and for more money. I take careful steps to develop and implement a plan for cleaning, staging, photography, marketing materials (both print and web,) and I am on top of the latest trends in virtual marketing. When I am not living out my passion helping people meet their real estate needs, I like to keep active in my community. I am especially focused on education and the importance of life-long learning. I have served on the Parent Faculty Board, School Site Council, and I am currently a member of the curriculum committee at the Clayton Valley Charter High School. Even though I have made the East Bay, Clayton in particular, my home since 1996, I am still in awe of the beauty of the area.
