☀️ Tuesday Tip: Don’t let a hidden clog ruin your week! 🛠️

When was the last time you checked your AC condensate drain line? Over time, algae and slime build up in that little PVC pipe outside. If it gets blocked, water backs up fast—leading to major ceiling leaks and costly water damage.

Here is a quick 5-minute fix using a wet/dry shop vac:
1️⃣ Go outside and find the white PVC drain pipe near your AC unit.
2️⃣ Attach your shop vac hose to the end of the pipe (use a rag to make a tight seal).
3️⃣ Run the vacuum for 1–2 minutes to suck out all the trapped gunk.
4️⃣ Head inside to your indoor AC unit and pour 1 cup of white vinegar down the drain T-pipe to kill any leftover bacteria.

Do this twice a year to keep your system running smoothly and save thousands on emergency repairs! 💸
