This week, we took possession of one of our more recent purchases in 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙬! 🏡

Now that we officially have possession, 𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠! This home has a lot of character already, but it’s definitely ready for some 𝙪𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 and 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩.

We’re excited to clean things up, make some changes, and see 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙.

🔨 Make repairs
🎨 Touch up the paint
📦 Clear everything out
🌱 Make the yard look perfect

And most importantly, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝.

We’ve walked through houses in 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. We’re not coming to judge how you live, how the house got to where it is, or why you’re ready to sell. We’re just there to look at the property, hear what’s going on, and 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩.

𝓢𝓘𝓛𝓥𝓔𝓡 𝓛𝓐𝓚𝓔 𝓤𝓟𝓓𝓐𝓣𝓔 🏡🔨

A 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛 is on, the 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙠 is looking GOOD, and we’ve been making progress inside with plenty more happening 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨.

But one thing we’ve loved about this house 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 is all of the natural light. ☀️ It brings so much warmth to an already cozy home, especially in that 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢!

Don’t let the outside fool you either. This home may look a little smaller from the street, but there’s so much more space inside than you’d expect, with plenty of room for its 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣. 💛

At this point, we should probably just have an office here. 😂

There’s always 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 on the list when you have houses in progress. A few of our projects are getting 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙧 to the finish line, 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮.. 🏠🔨

A big shoutout also goes to 𝗙𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘄! One of this week’s purchases 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲. 🏡 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗪 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘!

You might remember this one from a while back when we shared 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆. Since then, we've been busy bringing this home back to life!

The original hardwood floors have been 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱, the walls have been 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱, and now the kitchen is 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘! 🙌 We're just waiting on a few appliances and finishing touches.

This week we got to close on 𝙏𝙒𝙊 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨! One in Bourbon and one in Leesburg. 🙌
