Don't let the surface distract you from the systems that keep a home safe and functional.

One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is looking at homes before getting pre-approved.

Pre-approval tells you what you can comfortably afford, helps you understand your financing options, and gives you confidence before you start shopping.

It also makes your offer stronger. Sellers are much more likely to take an offer seriously when they know financing has already been reviewed.

Over the years, I've seen buyers fall in love with a home only to find out later it wasn't within their budget or they couldn't secure the financing they expected.

Taking the time to get pre-approved helps avoid disappointment, saves valuable time, and allows you to focus on homes that truly fit your goals.
