A blend of old and new, my favorite combo in DC homes! Some exposed brick, modern fixtures, and clean subway tile...it screams keeping the integrity of the iconic DC home, while giving th a nice update too. And it is exactly what some buyers are looking for! Loved seeing these updates while on tour recently, getting a preview of what is coming on the market.

Time really flies! We moved Lila in late September at for the start of her fall quarter – I can't believe it's almost halfway over now! And the girls have a sweet new addition to the house — Poppy, their adorable rescue cat. 🐱💕

My nomadic son was on his way back from visiting friends in NY, and he asked for a 5am pick up at Union Station and a 6am drop off at National. 🤪 And of course, as parents, we say yes. I enjoyed all 59 minutes of him before he flew back “home” to Denver. Love you, buddy!

They have this perfect way of grounding a room, making it feel warmer – in more ways than one.
