Old Town Alexandria is gorgeous. But let’s talk about the isolation problem. 😂

You get the cobblestone, waterfront, restaurants, historic homes, all the charm… and then suddenly your DC friends act like you moved to another state.

Technically the DMV? Absolutely.
Does crossing the river sometimes feel like a long-distance relationship? Also yes.

Logan Circle or Dupont Circle? 👀

I love them both, but if you’re making me choose… Logan. Every. Single. Time.

The restaurants. The nightlife. The architecture. The energy. It just has the right mix of everything I want from DC.

Best nightlife neighborhood in DC? Logan Circle. And I really don’t think this should be controversial. 😂

Dinner, drinks, people watching, another drink you absolutely did not need… everything is right there.

But tell me I’m wrong: what DC neighborhood are you choosing for a night out? 👀

DC buyers, this one deserves your attention. 👀🏡

4323 Fessenden St NW has the kind of things I’m always telling buyers to look for: beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, multiple living spaces, a finished lower level, screened-in porch, and an actual backyard in NW DC.

Best neighborhood for dating in DC? Logan Circle. And yes, I’m prepared to defend this. 😂

The restaurants, the bars, the people watching, the ability to turn “one drink” into an entire evening… it just works.

But I need the singles of DC to weigh in: what neighborhood actually has the best dating scene? 👀

The biggest thing Zillow gets wrong… 👀

We all use it. We all stalk it. We all have approximately 47 saved homes we’re absolutely not buying. 😂

But there’s one thing I would never rely on Zillow to tell you accurately.

Watch, then tell me: what’s your biggest Zillow pet peeve?

What actually makes a home luxury in DC? 👀

Because it’s not always the price tag, the neighborhood, or how many zeros are on the listing.

There are certain things that immediately separate a beautiful home from a luxury home, and I have opinions. 😂

Watch and tell me: what makes a home feel truly luxurious to you?

Petworth is feeling a little… stagnant. 👀

And before everyone comes for me, I’m not saying it’s bad. I still think there’s a lot to love.

But compared to some other DC neighborhoods right now? The momentum just isn’t momentum-ing. 😂

Petworth people, defend your neighborhood. Am I wrong?

Hot take: white kitchens are timeless. 🤍

I know we’re all craving color again, but I refuse to participate in the white kitchen slander. 😂

Done well, they’re bright, classic, expensive-looking, and they’ll survive approximately 47 more trend cycles.

The problem was never white kitchens. The problem was boring white kitchens.

Agree or are you officially over them? 👀

Coffee or cocktail?

I mean… coffee gets me to the cocktail. 😭🍸

Give me an espresso martini, a dirty martini, something overpriced in a beautiful glass. I don’t care.

Cocktail. Always.
