Tears of joy! First time homebuyer in DC using the HPAP program to help a little co do in Glover Park. This is what this whole job is about. Figuring out what can work for what people can do. It’s not about just purchasing the home it’s also about keeping the home. This has been an absolute honor to work with this native Washingtonian to be able to stay in her hometown. is coming to Georgetown, Washington, DC very soon and I had a chance to catch up with Richard Horswell, Richard is one of our wonderful agents from Portland, OR. We toured the beautiful office in Georgetown and enjoyed a fantastic lunch Fiola Mare one of the many excellent restaurants Fabio has around Washington, DC. There were several wines from The Willamette Valley! It is always a treat to connect with our agents from all over the country and soon over 100 will be coming to Georgetown. As always we are happy to host any of our great agents any time they are able to visit us in Washington. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon and I know Richard will be back for another visit!
