When I started Lotus in 2022 I found this lotus at the store and of course had to buy it. Yesterday I was at a home inspection for my amazing buyers and look at what we saw! The same lotus that I have but red!!! Not sure how we missed this at our showing lol🥰🪷

It is crazy to me how year after year the media continues to portray the current real estate market as something it is not. The numbers speak for themselves however, media outlets do not share the numbers. They just focus on the fact that there are foreclosures. Unfortunately, foreclosures are an aspect of every market (except for when there is a Foreclosure Moratorium). The bottom line is that with the previous market crash, foreclosure numbers ranged from 1.3 Million (2007) to 2.9 Million (2010). Most recent numbers from 2025 are 367k. Nearly 1 Million LESS than 2007 numbers and 2.6 Million LESS than 2010 numbers. The markets are not the same despite what the media is trying to lead you to believe. As always any real estate questions or concerns should be answered by a trusted source, your preferred real estate agent. 🫶🏼🏡
