HOLD MY HAND!! 🤝 (not literally)

My buyers just closed on their very first home and only had to bring $3,600 to the closing table. 🤯

They also received $5,070 in seller credits, had the seller install a new electrical panel and replace the collapsed sewer line that would've cost them almost $10,000. Had they not had representation and somebody looking out for their best interest, they could've got into a horrible position early in home ownership.

When you're buying a property, make sure you have represenation and somebody that is experienced in negotiating! 🏠🏡

Huge congratulations to Josh and Emily on the purchase of their FIRST home! Josh and Emily were absolutely great to work with. They asked plenty of questions, knew what they wanted and what they didn't want, and were patient throughout the process! They never settled until they found the right property that fit them both. Fast forward, it turns out the house they bought was a close friend's mother of theirs so it was meant to be all along!
