March 2023, I was informed I was nominated for the Des Moines Real Producers Top 40 under 40 Award that would be published in the April edition. While this was exciting, it also produced panic as I was literally turning 43 that April. Ha ha ha!

When this memory came up on FaceBook, it made me reflect. While I continue to age, the answers to the questions that were asked of me in 2023 remain pretty constant... only now I have traded the Dt. Dew and sunflower seeds for designated no-guilt "me" time.

I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE journal answers to these questions and then reflect on them the following year, the year after, and so on. These reminders are priceless. 😁❤️
