As one chapter comes to a close and another begins, our Radian team came together to celebrate Rick Thornberry's retirement and thank him for nearly a decade of leadership.

As CEO, Rick helped shape Radian's story, guiding the company through growth, transformation, and some of its most defining moments. Along the way, he fostered a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and an unwavering belief in the power of our people.

At a celebration filled with laughter, memories, and a few emotional moments, colleagues gathered to reflect on Rick's impact and wish him well in his next chapter. From stories shared among teammates to photos spanning the years, the event was a reminder of the lasting connections and meaningful contributions that define great leadership.

Thank you, Rick, for your vision and dedication to Radian and its people. We wish you nothing but happiness, adventure, and fulfillment in retirement.

Last week, our Radian volunteers showed up alongside Rebuilding Together Philadelphia for June’s Block Build Day, working across the Fairhill neighborhood to help repair homes and strengthen the community. June is National Homeownership Month, and the work RTP does is a powerful reminder of what home means—and the role we can all play in supporting it. 🏘️

We are proud to support a mission that, since 1988, has repaired more than 2,500 homes in the Philadelphia community, reaching that milestone during Day 1 of the RTP summer Block Build—and even prouder of our volunteers for showing up and making a difference: Christopher Fowler, Carlton Scarlett, Robert Miller, Abhi Dutta, Dominic Tarquinio and Melissa Lippin. 👏
