YES. 👏🏼 This one hit home.

I was told the other day by another Realtor that I “apparently want to be a mom and put my family first” because I wasn’t able to answer her phone call.

And she’s right about one thing — I will ALWAYS put my family first. ❤️

But that doesn’t mean I don’t love my job. I LOVE what I do, and if anything, I probably care too much about my clients and their transactions. 😂 I answer the calls, stress over the details, celebrate the wins, lose sleep over problems, and genuinely care about the people who trust me with such a huge part of their lives.

But I’m also a wife and a mama. My kids only get one childhood, and I refuse to believe that being successful means I have to miss it.

I can be a dang good Realtor and a present mom. 🏡❤️

At the end of the day, there will always be another transaction… but my babies won’t always be little. 🥹
