Some deals hit different, and this is one of those for the scrapbook📖‼️

From Little League All-Stars football🏈 ➝ high school best friends ➝ now closing on your first investment property🏡. This one means more to me than I can put into words‼️

After 9️⃣ months of nonstop showings🏠, negotiations, calls📞, offers📄, and road miles🚗, we found the right property in the right location 📍at the right price💰. A few final negotiations and a full seller clean-out later, we were rolling into a quick closing.

Being able to represent my friend in his first of many real estate moves is exactly why I got into this business. Watching the dreams we talked about as kids turn into reality is something I’ll never take for granted.
