Meet Kyle and Emma. They first came to me with intent to rent, because Emma was deployed at the time (thank them both for their service!). Their budget was healthy which lead them to the decision to buy. Due to many factors, they hit every obstacle and jumped over every hurdle, to get to their new home. For first time home buyers, they did an amazing job persevering through and making it to the end.
