I wanted to clarify something because I saw a few comments about my comparison between West Chester and cities like Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco.

I wasn't suggesting they're equal in size or population. Obviously they aren't.

The comparison was about why certain places command higher real estate values.

People are willing to pay more to live in communities that offer a great quality of life. Award-winning restaurants, excellent healthcare, walkable streets, green space, community events, and a downtown that stays active throughout the year all contribute to that value.

West Chester offers many of those same amenities, just on a smaller, suburban scale.

In my opinion, that's one of the biggest reasons we've seen home values continue to rise here over the years. People aren't only buying a house—they're choosing a lifestyle.
