❤️ A day went by. A week went by. A year went by. And then years went by.
After I experienced my miraculous recovery, I called my doctor the next day and told him:

“I’m healed.”

His response still makes me smile. 😊

But I also followed his medical guidance. And as the days, weeks, months, and eventually years passed, what I had experienced became an extraordinary part of my personal testimony.

For me, it represented something much bigger.

Renewing my mind.
Taking Layered Action.
Continuing to move forward in faith.

And eventually…

Transformation & Testimony. 🙏

These are principles that would later become part of the 7 foundational principles of my REBUILT Method.

I don’t share my story as medical advice or as a promise that someone else’s journey will look like mine.

I share it because there was a time when I felt like my circumstances had the final word.

They didn’t.

When emergencies happen, first responders answer the call. They run toward danger, provide care in critical moments, protect their communities, and show up when people need help most.

Today, we recognize the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, and other emergency professionals whose courage and commitment help keep our communities safe.
