From rough to refreshed — this small condo bathroom came a LONG way.

The first photo… low ceilings, dated finishes, and a layout that just felt tight and tired. The kind of space buyers walk into and immediately start calculating what it’ll cost to fix.

Fast forward to the middle stage — demo done, new tub/shower in, drywall patched, and the vision starting to take shape. This is always the messy part where progress feels slow, but it’s where the transformation really begins.

And then the final result — clean, modern, and bright. New fixtures, updated vanity, fresh lighting, and a simple, timeless look that makes the space feel bigger and more inviting.

Same footprint. Completely different feel.

This is why I love doing these projects — not just improving a property, but changing how a space makes someone feel the moment they walk in.
