Some friendships begin in the most unexpected ways.

Back in 2020, during COVID, I met Alex and Velda when they brought their food truck, El Catrín, to cater my daughter’s graduation. What started as hiring a food truck turned into a friendship that has lasted ever since.

It was great running into them again last night at Ill-Mannered Brewing and catching up. Good people, great food, and always a pleasure to see familiar faces. You'll lovie it if you ever get the chance to visit Comida El Catrín.
