As Allergy Awareness Month comes to a close, I want to take a moment to recognize the millions of individuals and families navigating food allergies every day.
While I work full-time in real estate, I am also an author and holistic wellness counselor, and one of my greatest passions is educating others about food allergy awareness. Food allergies are more than dietary preferences—they can be life-threatening medical conditions that require understanding, compassion, and vigilance.
Awareness begins with education. By learning about food allergies, reading labels carefully, asking questions, and creating safe spaces for those affected, we can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
As we move beyond the month of May, let's continue the conversation, support those living with food allergies, and promote a healthier, more informed community.
