This home is so ridiculously good that my wife and I started talking about getting pre-approved halfway through this video 😅

The backyard feels like a hidden getaway with a wooded path leading down to a spring-fed creek, hammock spot, and firepit… all while still being right here in Wichita. Every window seems to frame the trees, wildlife, and peaceful views. Honestly, it’s one of those homes that makes you slow down and enjoy life the second you walk in.

I’ll be planning an event stressing about the “perfect central location”… like east siders won’t go west and west siders won’t go east.

Meanwhile it’s a 20 minute drive max 🤦‍♂️

My clients relocating here are used to 30–45 minutes every day! We really don’t know how good we have it.
