NOW HIRING: Cold Caller (Remote)
Atlas Property Group is a real estate acquisition firm based in Wichita, Kansas. We buy off-market residential and multifamily property directly from owners. We are adding a cold caller to our acquisitions team.
This is outbound calling to property owners. You are the first voice they hear from us, so tone matters. We do not run high-pressure scripts. The job is to reach the owner, find out if they have a reason to sell, and hand a qualified conversation to our acquisitions director.
Requirements:
• 1+ year outbound cold calling experience, real estate strongly preferred
• Clear, neutral English and a confident phone presence
• Comfortable speaking with distressed, absentee, and inherited property owners
• Working laptop, quality headset, stable internet, and backup power
• Experience with dialers and logging activity in a CRM
• Available inside our 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central calling window
• Able to start producing with minimal ramp up

• Hourly pay, paid bi-weekly, plus commission on closed deals
This is a working seat, not a training program. If you already know how to run a list and hold a conversation, you will do well here.
