🚩 “No known issues… really?”

During a showing in Coatesville, PA, I walked into this basement and noticed water actively dripping, wet stone walls, plastic covering part of the ceiling, and visibly wet wood underneath.

Then I noticed the electrical panel and thought… okay, we need to ask some questions here. 👀

Does this automatically mean there’s a major problem? Not necessarily.

But it’s definitely something I’d want my buyer to investigate before moving forward.
