April was a month full of movement, momentum, and overcoming challenges. As the school year winds down and summer approaches, we’re continuing to see activity pick up across the market. ☀️🏡

We want to sincerely thank our customers who continue to trust us to represent them through some of life’s biggest transitions. Your confidence in our team means more than you know.

This month wasn’t without its hurdles. From unexpected probate delays to challenges obtaining loan payoffs, there were definitely moments that required patience, persistence, and problem solving behind the scenes. But in the end, we were able to help our buyers and sellers successfully move forward and that’s always the goal.
