No llegaron buscando solamente una casa. Llegaron buscando a alguien en quien pudieran confiar.

Yudeixys y Rigoberto llegaron a nosotros después de una mala experiencia con otro agente, así que antes de hablar de propiedades, tocaba empezar de cero.

Los escuchamos. Revisamos sus números. Les explicamos el proceso y trabajamos para protegerlos en cada paso.

Conseguimos asistencia para el pronto pago y negociamos ayuda del vendedor con los costos de cierre.

La casa tenía paneles solares, y logramos que el vendedor pagara completamente el balance. ☀️⚡

Luego la tasación llegó por debajo del precio acordado, así que volvimos a negociar y conseguimos reducir el precio de la propiedad.

Y hasta conseguimos un mes de servicio de piscina pagado por el vendedor. 😂

Mientras parte de todo esto sucedía, yo estaba fuera, y mi equipo estuvo presente ayudándome a mantener todo en movimiento.

Some people you meet in this business teach you tactics.

A few teach you who to become.

Travis is one of the few.

I got to see him on stage again this week. Catch up. Listen. Learn.

And honestly, just be reminded of why I started taking this seriously in the first place.

This is a guy who closed over 90 transactions in a single calendar year as an ISA. Just him. A phone. A list.

The discipline to do what most agents won’t do for one week, let alone twelve months straight.

Now he’s coaching agents and ISAs all over the country. I’m one of them. And the lessons he’s poured into me have changed the way I run my business, the way I talk to leads, the way I think about follow up, the way I show up every single day.

But here’s what gets me.

He’s not coasting on what he’s already built. He’s building a CRM from the ground up.

Different agent. No buyer’s consultation. No clarity. No plan.
Just “let’s go look at houses”, and a deal that fell apart the second real life showed up.

She went to Facebook and asked a simple question: can someone explain how this actually works?

I reached out.

We sat down. A to Z. The process, the money, the contracts, the contingencies, the what-ifs. No rushing. No pressure. Just clarity.

She hired me.

We found the home her family loved.

Three other offers on the table.

I looked at the data, advised her on strategy, and wrote the offer that won.

Then the wins kept coming
