Never in my 30+ years of selling real estate have I looked forward to closing day as much as today. Fortunately we found the perfect buyers that were not afraid of the many deficiencies that were discovered by the home inspector and we were able to drag this one across the finish line.

These buyers had been casually looking and disappointed with what they were seeing available when they inquired about this house.
They looked at it and decided that if they could get it at the right price they would buy it.
We negotiated and they ended up getting it for the price they wanted.

Another happy seller and two happy sets of buyers. The seller really wanted to sell this all at once and didn’t want the hassle of splitting it. But with the deficiencies in the house it was tough finding a buyer that wanted to take on the task at the price. We had many people wanting the 12-13 acres but not the house. Then I showed an ambitious couple the house but with the land included it was more than they wanted to invest at this time. Literally the next day a facebook friend messaged me asking if he could buy just the land. A few conversations with the seller and the other buyers and we had a plan, drafted the offers and got them accepted. A few unexpected items came up on the home inspection that we worked through and today the new owners were able to take possession.
