Hannah and I wrapped up 2nd weekend in the Poconos!! I wasn't able to be involved in this project start to finish due to having other projects going. I was able to get there last weekend to start setting up and to gather a punch list of what was still needed. Needless to say we needed a good bit of additional things due to unfortunate circumstances. 5beds, 3 dressers, mattress, LOTS of bedding and bath linens, and restockable items later shes complete. My buddy who lives close by will be doing a deep clean, washing all linens, hanging curtain rods, restocking kitchen and few maintenance items to make quest ready. Hes no stranger to the Vacay rentals 😁

I didnt have the greatest day. It happens!! So you rent a cargo van, turn the music up and drive. Go pick up a dresser for a furnished rental only for it to fall over a break 😭 get back in van, turning music up even louder and go pick me up a beautiful accent chair and emotional support tacos. Im so in love with this chair ❤ Side note, I need my own shop and a cargo van. Goals!!

The house that stole my heart ❤ I got the opportunity to see 708 Race Ave in Lancaster transform through the renovation and of course see the design come together, my favorite part. Needless to say the design won me over. What a great feeling to know so many were involved in creating beautiful spaces making this house a home to be enjoyed by the buyer. We couldn't have been happier to stage such a lovely home along side a great team of people.

Wow!! Pretty wild week we had, actually pretty wild month. I believe that puts us at 9 vacant stages, 1 semi owner occupied and a furnished rental 🤪 ok before us crazy Eagles fans starting climbing poles and stuff lol let's have a look at 1509 Robert Rd, Lancaster.
