Beth bought herself a home 12 years ago, and since that time she got married and had her first baby. Her husband also owns a home and so it was time to pick a house. This home made less practical sense to them and so I was called to help advise on how to prepare the home for market, to advise on price, and help them navigate this changing market. We put together a list of small projects, and their family got to work on making it shine! It paid off when they received an offer and accepted just 11 days after going on the market. All parties worked fairly through inspections, and all settled happily on Halloween! Congratulations Beth & Micah and well wishes as you look forward without the burden of managing two home!

Today, Josh says goodbye to a house that served him well at the right time in his life, something that he has felt deeply from the start. Not without some heartache, he came to us when it was time to move on. He was a single dad when he bought the home but he was now in a place where he found someone (Abbey), and they decided to combine households. It was most important to him that it be sold to someone who would love the home like he did. He wanted the home to bless them like it blessed him. Congratulations Josh and thank you for trusting us to represent you in finding someone to bless with this home that you so loved.
