⬆️ New construction inventory rose 9.3%, while total inventory increased 5.2%.
⬆️ Coming soon listings also saw a bump of nearly 6%, showing more sellers are preparing to enter the market.
One stat that really stands out? Sellers averaged 99.9% of their original list price and 101.1% of their current list price over the last 7 days, meaning many homes are still selling at or above asking price after adjustments.
The average home that closed last week was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an average list price of $330,948 and spent about 25 days on the market.
